Called and told me I borrowed $350 in 2012 or before and they were going to turn me into a collection agency. They had my name, place I used to work for, social security number, my bank account number from a bank account I have not had in 4 yrs. The name they gave me for the Bank was changed over 10 yrs ago. Said they were turning this into my social security office, & to the 3 main credit reporting offices.. They have a number that comes up Lake City,Florida.

This number belongs to CBV Debt collections in Canada: Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Montreal.

left message saying that they are a lawyer. i have save the messege on my phone. do please know that we are in sorta a depression. now with gas prices going what are people suppose to do

Individual stated that i recieved a loan online and did not pay and thus was being taken to court. These people had my full name, Date of birth, Social, email, and bank account number.

I got the same phone call. She gave me the company name of American Benefits and the position was sales manager. I asked her what the company did and she told me provided benefits to Union workers. Was supposed to send email with company link so I could research and review and haven't seen one yet.

Want them to stop calling me. They call day and night. There is no live person

These people call daily, when you answer they do not say a word. This has created a problem for me at work. Can they be stopped?

These calls are from a bogus Collection agency...They are called bottom feeder collectors. They buy OLD usually out of statue DEBT and then try to collect on it...The debt is usually so old they they have old contact numbers and they call wrong numbers over and over in hopes of reaching their victim..... ..Report them to the Insusrance and banking commision..They will advise you how to give legal notice to this company to prevent them from calling anymore and they will be fined if they continue to call!!!! BOTTOM FEEDERS SUCK!!!!!!

reduce credit card bills,hangs up when you try to ask to be removed or ask for a supervisor, or ask who are you?, what are you calling from?.

This number calls about every hour. We don't answer because we have caller ID and don't recognize the number.
